Yeah what AquaGent said... But I must emphasize muscle control. Without it, using retention nozzles and such is just patching the problem instead of fixing it. Look in to Kegel exercises, as they focus on the muscles involved, as well as those involved in orgasm as a whole. Good stuff 😃

It help to uses the keegle exercises but to makes it work good and rekax position and massage to the belly help

2 or 3 quarts of very warm coffee with the can hanging only 15-20 inches

over me while laying down is usually easy.

Just barely warm water and the can 3 or 4 feet overhead, then after

2 or 3 cups the cramps might hit.

The double balloon is the best. Properly inflated and positioned in the rectum, you could take any size enema and not leak a drop without any effort on your part.

The double balloon also allows you to forego bearing down on the nozzle, thus premitting you to relax your abdomen and take more of the enema.

I thoroughly enjoy holding using my pink flex nozzle much as LisaK says. For a larger 3Q and above enema I need to use my double balloon to hold.

I think I read something about going on doggy stance helps you hold it when you feel like a need to empty it out.

Double balloon nozzles help a lot with retention. But it takes practice. Start with a low volume enema and short retention time and increase each until you get to the volume and time you want. My Master gives me a 1-1/2 quart retention enema every 48 hours and I'm required to hold it up to 45 minutes. Then I can release it in the toilet. That's the only time I'm allowed toilet use. Otherwise it's my diapers which I wear 24/7. I look forward to the retention enemas.

Today was one of those transformative enemas.

I had been feeling emo yo-yo almost to a male's emulation of what's now termed PMDD.
