Are Secure X-plus really "Superior to Abena and Molicare"?

Has anyone tried the Secure x-plus brand?

On their site (http://www.securepersonalcare.com/briefs-xplus-adult-diaper-c-1_2.html) it says they are "superior to abena xplus and Molicare super plus". Might that be true?

For those who've tried them, do they have the cloth-like outer covering or the nice smooth covering that we all prefer?

They have a plastic backing. I would call them different but not better. I like the tapes and the fit more on the Secure X-pluses but I love the thickness of the Abenas.

😁 😁 😁 😁 i have tried just about every adult disposable diaper out there including Abena and Molicare.secure x plus in my opinion has beat everything hands down.they have way better tape tabs with a reinforced tape landing zone,way better waist band,extremely good leakage protection,and they are a lot cheaper.as for the thickness part they get thicker than anything when soaked. 😁 😁 😁 😁
