Ideas for a 3D Enema Video Game

Been toying with the idea of licensing one of the 3D software engines out there that do all the 3Dsex simulations and doing a series for our mutual proclivity - enemas.

What would be some of your ideas of what you would like to see included -- role play, card game with a strip enema, male / female model that you can dress, undress and select equipment, etc.?

You should have different levels, for example, first level you can only go though one 2 quart enema, then increase amount, time you hold it, how many enemas you get in a row with each level. Also, as a bonus for passing levels you get different cool enema equipment. You get a message like : " you just completed level two. You earned 200 bonus points and a new super metal nozzle." Also, for points you can choose what you want to buy in a fetish store because things like vibrators and bondage stuff is only sold there - it's not given for free. Also, a challenge should be something like running through the house to the bathroom in a certain time - if you don't make it, you fail to pass the level.
