The other night in the chatroom, a few of us were discussing this particular enema, so I thought I would share it with all of you.
I call it a layered enema for reasons that you'll soon see.
Hot and cold are relative terms. Make absolutely sure the hot enema water is NOT hot enough to burn tissue, and that the cold water is NOT cold enough to freeze tissue.
The whole idea of this enema is for the person who's receiving it to experience temperature sensations first and foremost. So, it's is best done with an aluminum nozzle.
You get two bags and fill one with hot water, the other with cold water. Then, you need a simple Y connector so that each enema bag is connected to it and then one hose leads to the nozzle.
For maximum initial effect, put the nozzle in cold water before inserting it into the rectum. Once the nozzle is inserted and the full effect of the temperature sensations is felt (along with the inevitable tightening of the anus) the hot water is released. That cold nozzle heats up very quickly as the hot water runs in. After any given amount is allowed to flow into the rectum, the clamp on the hot is closed and the clamp on the cold is clicked open. Now, in a matter of seconds, that nice warm nozzle gets cold again.
You keep alternating the flow in any way you choose, thereby adding another layer of temperature to the enema (hence the name, layered enema).
Of course, the volume of the enema can be whatever is acceptable for the receiver.
And, just when you think all the temperature sensations are over, they definitely aren't.
The enema still has to be expelled, and when it comes back out, it comes out in layers, just that same as when it went in. You see, the enema does NOT fully mix inside you. Instead, each layer has pushed the previous layer deeper into the colon. So, when expelling there will be alternating hot and cold gushes stimulating the anal nerves yet again.
So, all you sensations sluts, give it a try. You won't be sorry you did.
