With an ordinary enema kit, a gallon bag with 1/4 inch tubing, I take between 4 and 6 enemas in a series, the last 2 to 4 of which are full gallon enemas.
However, I have a homemade enema rig that lets me enjoy a fast series of a great many hot, low pressure, high volume, high fill-rate enemas. My homemade enema rig, (now broken and in need of rebuilding), consists of a 5-gallon camp shower bag connected to a 3/4-inch diameter hose with a tunnel butt plug on its other end that works as an enema nozzle. With the five gallon bag just 2 to 3 feet above the bottom of my bathtub, this rig can inject a gallon of water into my colon in less than 20 seconds because of the high hose diameter. I love to use hot water at the upper end of the safe temperature range. Injecting a hot gallon in 20 seconds invariably induces spontaneous, totally complete, amazingly fast, peristalsis-driven expulsions that make me uncontrollably grunt and shudder with extreme, nearly orgasmic pleasure as I blast a gallon out of me in seconds. It feels so good I just want to do it over and over again.
In only an hour, I can empty 6 to 8 five-gallon bags to inject and expel 30 to 40 gallon-size enemas of hot water. This is possible because injecting a gallon takes mere seconds, and peristalsis-driven expulsion of that entire gallon is just as fast. Peristalsis in the colon is a rapid series of waves of colon muscle contractions and relaxations that sweep through the whole length of the colon from the inside out and rapidly push out whatever is inside.
What is a clear expulsion? After 30 to 40 gallons in and out and out of me, it's perfectly clear--99.9% water.
When I'm done, I almost have to crawl out of my bathtub. I'm as limp as a wet noodle, and barely able to dry off before I collapse into my bed in a brief state of blissful exhaustion lasting a minute or two before I fall into a deep sleep for an hour or more. I've got to get my homemade, high-fill-rate enema rig running again.
