Cool water enema for a hot weather day.
I use a clear plastic 2.5 - liter EZ-EM bag that I have marked the 500-ml graduations and another at the 200-ml level with a black marking pen so the level of the enema remaining is easily visible, I put a ball type flow meter on the hose 6-inches below the bag, I have a length of hose made up to do that, and two flow clamps on the hose, one a simple, full flow, open and close type and the other an adjustable ramp type, the ramp clamp has a thumb control that goes back and forth for precise adjustment. I completed the set-up with an inflatable EZ-EM barium enema nozzle that comes with pillow type cuff inflator. I select it because it keeps my hands free and stays in well in case I get “frisky,” LOL. To keep the inflator from flopping I tape its tubing to the enema hose.
Then I prepared the enema, 1.5 liters of tap water, as it came out of the faucet at about 64-F, cool not really cold, it is not a large amount of water because I want the entire experience to be sensually enjoyable and as cramp free as possible.
I put 4-Tablespoons of baking soda in each bag, some time ago I discovered from one of my correspondents’ that the soda makes taking a cool water enema doable often with no cramping and then I added a small amount of food coloring to the enema, preferably green, not using too much, just slightly tinting the water so I am able to see the level going down and the flow meter ball going around, finally I put a ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract into the enema and leave the cap open so the scent of peppermint fills the bathroom. Then as a reserve, if I want to use it, I also make up a second 1,500-ml clear plastic bag with 1,000-ml of cool tap water with food coloring and 3 Tablespoons of soda in it. A total of 2,500-ml (2.5-quarts) of enema ready to take.
Next I opened all the clamps on the first bag and adjusted the ramp clamp so there is only a mere trickle and then closed the other. The reserve bag of enema has the simple slip clamp that came with it.
When the enemas are prepared I take, an always inflated, double air mattress out of the storage closet and put it on the bathroom floor. Next I put my double egg vibrator beside the mattress. With everything ready except for me if I’m wearing anything, I take it all off.
With the enemas ready I hang the first bag with a cord from a towel bar next to the mattress so the bottom of the bag is 18-inches above my Anus. I hang the second bag from the towel bar itself and put the end of its plastic tubing well into the lower bag with its slip clamp easily within reach when I’m lying on the mattress. That way I can add as much of the second enema to the first bag as I want without getting up.
I lube myself, and lie down on my back with my knees up and back, lube the nozzle, slowly insert it, blow up the retention balloon and open the clamp.
I put my feet flat on the mattress with my knees up and as the enema slowly fills me I massage my abdomen to help the enema move through it and also “caress” myself in other ways during the 30-minutes it takes the bag to empty. As it does, I turn from side to side making it a 3-point enema. If I cramp, which is often unusual, I stop the flow and puppy pant my way through it as I vigorously massage my abdomen. When the enema has lowered to the 200-ml level, if things are going OK, I’ll open the clamp on the other hose and allow the second bag to empty into the first, as it does, that’s when I use my double egg vibrator, high and low sending myself over the top. With the added stimulation I can usually take the entire 2.5-liters.
This is a very hot cool water enema.
The last time I did this, last weekend, my husband was a fly on the wall, meaning he could watch closely but couldn’t speak or touch me, or “himself." He was able to hold back so after my enema I rewarded him with a cool water 2-quart tickler enema with “benefits”.
