I can't sleep most of the time ,this is nothing new have spent 40 years "surfing" every kind of sleeping pill you can imagine when one stops working we switch to something else that I haven't used in awhile, currently my weapon of choice is 60mg of temazepam it will usually get me some sleep like 3 or 4 nights a week.
My sleep pathologist believes my physical condition is why I don't sleep ,now if he could just figure the connection out, win a Nobel prize in medicine and let me sleep it off ! If you ever cant sleep for a month or two ,trust me life loses alot of its luster ,when you feel like there is no escaping this ,no rest for the weary ,when beyond fatigue is only something a had full of humans will ever understand .
It's one thing for doctors and scientist to know the positive effects of sleep on everything from A&P to mental health it's complete nother thing to give someone enough drugs to get the state of Rhode island a long nights sleep and the patient go yeah and so I still can't sleep ,what up doc !
Not being able to sleep in diaper will end when your body loses the momentum to continue going forward and you have to sleep , theft can't track this officially anymore there used to be a Guinness world record of just over 241 hours awake before the guy died , my doctor has assured me I shredded that shit in the sleep lab ,but won't tell me by how much .
