From past posts, I think everyone realizes my hubby and I are into recreational enemas. And because of where we live --- isolated rural area --- we are pretty much able to do them where ever, when ever, and how ever we please.
But with this recent heatwave, even the air conditioning in the house could not totally cope with the challenge offered by the weather. Just having to go from an office building to the car heated us up enough to the point the ride home didn't allow the body to be cooled, and then the walked from the car to the house reheated the body. A cool shower helped ... but my hubby suggested early last week that we try cooling ourselves from the inside.
Some time ago, we had tried Cold enemas and found them very uncomfortable ... we could barely take a quart before we had to quit. We don't enjoy being uncomfortable with our favorite pass time.
He suggested that we try an enema just below body temperature, and if that felt good, we could go a degree or two cooler for a second enema. Obviously, I was game.
We tried an enema with water at 95 degrees, about four degrees below normal body temp ... it felt really good and we both were able to take two quarts ... delightful going in and out.
For a second one, he suggested trying 93 degrees ... he mixed a perfect cocktail, so to speak ... and we both again enjoyed ... and we felt much better.
For the third, because I suggested going to 90 degree-water, we both thought a quart would do ... if we wanted to do it again at that temp, we could two quarts. To say our bodies felt totally refreshed might have been an understatement. While I was apprehensive about 90 degrees, I found it both delightful and refreshing.
Now hubby suggested because we worked slowly to lower the temperature of the fluid entering our bodies, it might have resulted in the more delightful experience
Each time we took an enema, we tried to hold it as long as possible. the body wanted to get rid of the cooler water more quickly, but we defied our bodies requests.
Since some 10 days ago, we have tried this on three other occasions, the most recent yesterday ... and our personal results were jsut about the same each time ... we felt refreshed, more perky and were able to enjoy the comforts of our home.
Oh, also, because we live away from neighbors, we seldom wear anything at home during the summer. This has been ourpersonal choice ever since we purchased this property.
I don't know if what we did will be received by others with the same results, but I'm only saying that we found ourselves refreshed .... we didn't shock our bodies ... we tried to lower our body temperature very slowly and very easy. We both agreed that during the procedure, if we felt uncomfortable ... the experiment would be over. obviously, it worked for us.
Oh, and we don't take cool enemas everytime we feel overheated. we still have our cool shower and our unheated outdoor swimming pool for the evenings ... the cool enemea is just another outlet (no pun intented) for our body heat.
