As a fantasy doctor, a few months ago I had a "patient" who had somewhat of a problem, in that after drinking a glass of water, within a few minutes he would have to urinate. At first I didn't quite believe that liquid would get to the urinary tract that quickly, but I realized that he was telling me the truth.
Always looking to subject "patients" to new experiences and sensations, I decided to have him drink a full glass of water immediately before having him get undressed and put on the gown.
As I was examining his abdomen, he informed me that he had to pee. He also told me that whenever the urge hit him, he had a very difficult time holding it.
At that moment, I decided to continue the abdominal exam, and deliberately utilizing some very deep palpation of his stomach. He kept asking me to stop, because he was going to have an accident.
Of course, that's exactly what I was shooting for.
Finally, he realized that I was going to make him pee as he was lying on the exam table. As with most people, the thought of losing control of your bodily functions is panic-inducing, and my "patient" was no exception. He kept pleading with me that if I didn't let him go to the bathroom, he was going to pee himself.
Because of all the mixed emotions, massaging his belly very close to his genitals, he had a somewhat erect penis, but all of a sudden he went rigid, and his whole body stiffened as he fought the need to pee. But to no avail. Because his penis was almost standing up, he started to squirt all over his stomach and chest. Resigning himself to the fact that he was now totally humiliated, he started wailing: "Oh, God, NOOOO! I can't stop!
After he had pretty much emptied his bladder on the table, he started whimpering and apologizing for the "accident". I told him that I had deliberately manipulated him into doing it.
I spoke with him a few days later, and he told me he still had all kinds of mixed emotions about what had happened. He said although he was completely humiliated by it, there was also a degree of excitement about having been controlled in such a way.
It was the first time I had ever encountered a "patient" who had such difficulty holding back their urine, and I'm not sure I would be able to accomplish this act of dominance over a "patient" who had more control over their bladder.
But it was very, very interesting (and arousing)!
Thanks for listening.
