I agree with Soapy4me and others. There is a distinct difference between poop derived from enemas and suppositories in the context of enema play than scat play. There was another post about how people feel about poop that I was going to respond to, but I'll mention that here instead.
I am a healthcare professional for many years, mostly in nursing homes. I have changed diapers, cleaned private parts, wiped anuses after a bowel movement, cleaned large amounts of poop off the floors, toilets, shower floors, people, etc. I've given enemas and watched water and poop come out. I've assisted with having to dig poop out of rectums, all in the line of work.
As a child from earliest memories to age 12, I've had to expel my enemas either in bedpans or basins. There were very few times I remember being put on a toilet after being given an enema (all this due to medical/physical reasons). I've seen my own poopy expulsions in those containers. I've watched my poop go through glass tubes and down ramps during hydrotherapy sessions (both closed and open systems). The sight and smell of poop does not bother me in the least as I've become "acclimated" to its presence in all forms and places.
I will admit that I enjoy not only given guys enemas and suppositories, but also in helping them with their expulsions, checking the results, and wiping their bottoms and making them feel like healthy kids again (age regression play?).
When I hear/see the word "scat", however, I think of something entirely different and one that does NOT turn me on in the least. I'm repulsed by those who would play with it, smear it on their bodies, or - heaven forbid - put it in their mouths. The purpose of enemas and suppositories is to remove the natural waste that our bodies produce and so poop is expected but quickly disposed of, as Lisa pointed out. I have a healthy respect for what comes out of our bodies.
What scat fetishists do is their business but they would not find me to be a willing participant in any way, shape, or form. Not my thing.
