I switched insurance carriers at the beginning of the year and received a letter from the new provider encouraging me to have a "well visit" check-up at the beginning of the year. I scheduled my appointment with the new PA at my Doctor's office, a petite, young 30-something lady.
I arrived for the appointment and was quickly called to the back by another young, attractive red-headed nurse. Entering the examining room she looked at my chart and said, "Well, we're going to check you out ALL OVER this morning!" Immediately my mind began to think of what I was about to experience.
After a quick check of blood pressure, pulse, and weight, followed by a quick review of current medications, the nurse headed out of the room saying, "The Doctor will be with you in just a minute."
It was only a few minutes when the attractive young PA entered the room. In a quick, business-like manner, she proceeded with a check of the eyes, ears and throat, thrn she moved on to check my lymph nodes before listening to my heart and lungs.
About the time I was beginning to think that everything was just about over, the PA reached into a cabinet and removed a gown. "Everything off, gown opens to the back. I'll be right back." With that said, she was out of the room leaving me in excited anticipation as I quickly undressed.
Whether on purpose or by accident, I soon realized I was given a "Small" gown which left more uncovered than covered. As I positioned myself back upon the examination table, there came a knock on the door and in came the PA - followed by the young red-headed nurse. I don't know which face told the greater story. The look of shock which I know was expressed on my face, or the "I told you we're going to check you out" look that was evident in the eyes of the redhead.
As I was seated upon the table, the PA began by checking my reflexes. I was then told to lie down on the table. As I stretched out on my back, she began pressing upon my abdomen. While she didn't raise the gown in this part of the examination, I could tell by the coolness in the air that my penis and testicles were fully exposed, the small gown much to small to provide any modesty in such a situation.
I was then assisted in rising up from the table and asked to stand at the foot of the table. As the PA occupied herself at the small desk before the exam, I once again made eye contact with the nurse. I was growing more and more excited as i waited in anticipation for the experience to come.
As the PA turned around and sat down on a small stool in front of me, her next words were "Lift the gown, please." Before I could move a muscle the nurse had lifted the gown with both hands, giving full exposure of my genitals to the PA. When I turned my head to look at the nurse, she was using the opportunity to make a full visual examination as the PA performed the exam of my penis and testicles.
The Doctor said nothing of anything unusual, but took an extremely long time and performed a very thorough exam. Once she was finished with my genitals, she asked me to turn around and bend over. Once again the small gown left nothing covered. When the PA said "OK," the young nurse assisted once again by placing one hand on each buttock and spread my cheeks wide open. As the PA performed the rectal exam (once again very slowly) I could see a little smile on the face of the nurse in the mirror which was upon the wall. As she removed her finger, she told to nurse to "clean it up" and once again the nurse was spreading my cheeks wide apart as she took a tissue and wiped away the excess ointment.
"Alright, you may get dressed" she said, as the PA left the room with the nurse following again. I had just finished dressing when the door opened once again and the Nurse appeared once again to lead me back to the lobby. She stopped as we approached the desk and told me I needed to go ahead and schedule my annual check-up for next year. With a smile on her face she said, "We'll see you again next year." I can hardly wait for next year to get here.
To top it all off, I discovered that my new issurance carrier not only fully covers the cost of an annual exam, they PAY ME to have one done. Now how's that for a great insurance policy?
