Kintal plastic baby pants

Many of us enjoyed the 'Kintal' plastic baby pants here in the UK, but who made them? Was there a company called Kintal (and where was it)? or was it a brand of a clothing manufacturer (and who)?

No, but I will say that of course I've heard of them...that brand and a couple of others...Sandra, Robinson come to mind...have helped me form the opinion that England is the epicenter of plastic pants wearing for enjoyment.
