This is how I achieve the best enema orgasm ever. I fill a bag no soap no nothing plain water lay down and let it all go in then I get a second bag full ready hanging high and as I'm laying down I wait till the urge to evacuate is very strong that's when I stick the tube in and let the second enema Go in fast and high that pushes the one that wants to come out back up and that's when I come off it's a great feeling of being filled up

Sounds nice, I'm assuming it's a 2qt bag? I also LOVE a large fill once I'm completely clear first like after a series but I prefer to just let it flow in fast from a 5qt bag. 4qts is my comfort zone - still feels great after many many years.
