Does anyone here simulate surgical procedures as part of their medfet play?

I find the idea quite exciting, but still working on ways to make it work in practice while feeling real.

It is common in my medfet sessions.

As a patient I love the feelings of simulated genital surgery. Beying nude and secured with straps on the operating table and my playdoc starting to apply iodine solution and a set of hemostats on my prepuce (ouch!) and making injections. Then the cutting part with a blunt scalpel or scissors with electrics stimulation. Sometimes not only prepuce was "removed" she also clamped my testicles and proceeded with a complete "eviration". Finally I got everything sutured. Not uncommonly I got an orgasm and ejaculate during the procedure.

Real surgeries are at least unconfortable. Unfortunately they are often a nightmare. I remember that my abdomen hurts for at least 10 days after surgery. But I like the situation. Being a patient and having an abdominal or genital surgery is a very exciting fantasy for me. I never tried it but I‘m very interested in simulating surgeries because the feeling of being powerless and naked and maybe abused bei der doctor is exciting. The patient never knows what the doctor is doing. Does he open my abdomen with the scalpel (a blunt one)? What will he find in my abdomen? A inflamed and ruptured appendix? Is this the reason for my terrible abdominal pain? Or is it something else? And if the pain is not comming from my belly? He will have a look to check my genital area. To figure out the problem the doctor maybe also penetrated my rectum with instruments. I can hear and feel every thing. I feel his hands on my body, the penetration by his fingers and instruments. But I can‘t move. I‘m almost sure that the doctor don‘t want to hurt me. But what aber sexual abuse? He could rape me when ever he wants because I’m not able to move. Stop! Not this terrible fantasy! The doctor won‘t do that. He is a good man. If he likes to touch me he will do it without hurting me. After a sucsessfull Surgery he mybe want to check if my rectum is still able to receive a big penis. Before the surgery starts the doctor asked me if I give my permission for sexual intercourse while the surgery. I wonder what kind of sexual intercourse. Then I agreed with sexual intercourse because the doctor is waiting and my abdomen realy hurts.

This is not a surgical procedure but is good way of making my penis look like it has been circumcised. Part of the draw to medfet for me is the preparation for a procedure and the methodical ordered way in which it is carried out.

For the procedure I use a small syringe, a lubricant and a stainless steel spatula with a spread rounded end, all of which I collect together and lay out in order of usage before starting the examination and procedure.

To begin, I undress and examine my foreskin extensively by pulling it as far back as I can to expose the inner surface, my glans and frenulum. I make sure the inner foreskin surface, glans and frenulum are clean and swab them with an antiseptic.

I then push my foreskin back into place ready to start the procedure. I begin by drawing lubricant into the syringe which I then insert into the opening of my foreskin before pushing the lube out as I slowly move the syringe around underneath my foreskin so that the entire head is covered in lube.

The syringe is then withdrawn, the foreskin held shut with one hand whilst the lube is spread around further with the other hand.

I then retract my foreskin so that it is half way down my glans and use the spatula to push the skin inside itself by pushing the spatula between my foreskin and glans and move it around my glans to create a neat folded edge just under the rim of my glans to complete the procedure. You need to be careful when pulling the spatula out when all of the foreskin has been folded in.

I find the end result of this method more comfortable than just pulling my foreskin back and have spent many hours enjoying the appearance of my penis after the procedure.

I haven't simulated a surgical procedure itself, but like @Rick62 I tried to simulate the result of a circumcision because I'm curious how it might feel.
