Does anybody else enjoy Pacifiers?

Hi,

I have bought adult pacifiers and I have found them to be way too large for me. They are very uncomfortable to suck on so I have been buying pacifiers for toddlers and they fit me and I enjoy them so much. Anyone else who has had this experience?

Indeed I have had the same experience , adult ones are just too big. Rather my thumb or the largest infant paci there is

I have a Fixx pasci, it's a large adult size. I rarely ever use it.

I prefer my thumb over a pacifier.

I suck my thumb most of the time. I have a paci but don't use it much.

I have lots of them carry one with me my dentist would rather me use it then my thumb but i like my thumb more. and forget sometime and slip it in in public until i hear someone say something

I enjoy using pacifiers It makes me feel very babyish. I have no problems with the Nuk size 5 Ihave tried larger ones and they can be a bit big

I got an adult one from Rearz, but I couldn't use it very long. It made my jaw hurt. So I got a toddler one and it works great. I use it when I am driving or in my house watching TV or playing on my phone.

I got a Fixx brand which is huge. I don't use it much, however when I do my jaw hurts after awhile. I enjoy it using it as seems to relax me until the jaw says stop.

Thanks HannahM for sharing your fix for the jaw hurting problem. I thought it was just me. I believe I'll be purchasing a toddler pasci soon.

I buy Bibs pacifiers from Norway which you can buy on Amazon and they fit me perfectly. Like I said earlier that adult pacifiers are much too big and are very uncomfortable to me (face and mouth). So I would just mention Bibs pacifiers for those who find adult one that don't fit and don't feel good.

I would suck my thumb up until I was seven years old. My mom would always give me a pacifier to try and get me to stop. She needed to check my diapers during the day until I was eight years old. She would ask me if I was wet. I was not always sure when she asked. But I didn’t like to get changed. So I wouldn’t admit that I was wet. On the other hand, I didn’t wanna lie and say I was dry. So I just started sucking my thumb. My mom would come and check me and then take me to my room and put me on the changing table to get changed. She would always put a pacifier in my mouth while getting changed. She did not want my fingers in my mouth because she thought it was unsanitary. After the change, she left the pacifier in, and usually remain there for quite a while.

Getting back to the main subject, YES! Getting to the "Are adult pacifiers too big" the Nuk # 5 was great for me, till my "Bitch" wife threw it out, can't blame her tough.........!

So apart from work and the time it takes me to go there and back or when I have to be a big boy to the outside world I use a pacifier including round friends. It’s great to have one but it is funny how growing up it’s the biggest issue with my family was the pacifier especially when my family was trying to get rid of them for their kids. It was more normal for them to stop using them when they go out like I did.

I remember when they tried to stop using them and said I had to stop using my one too I lasted about 2 hours before the child gave me my pacifier back and told his mother I can keep my pacifier and he didn’t want his one.

So it all worked out and I still got my pacifier back even to this day I writing this with a wet diaper plastic pants onesie bib frilly pants dog collar and a pacifier about to go and see my daddy for a diaper check

I enjoy a relaxing routine during my changing my diaper of a paci. It is relaxing and a good way to just relax and not think of much at that time.
