Play exam: Doctors what do you think about estim?

I love play exam and usually at the end of the visit the Doctor require a sperm sample but often in an almost realistic scenario I find the masturbation act not adeguate. So I often think what kind of tecnique would be appropriate to extract a semen sample, estim can be an interesting tecnique but I never tried it. What do you think about? Do you use this tecnique with your patients?

I see a lot of estim machine on the online market and they come with specific electrode and cockring.

A s;low stage by stage hand technique making the patient wait and wait until begging for release provided they maintain an erection. Maybe estim would work if not.

While E-stim can induce an orgasm (hands free orgasm) it takes time and finding the right wave pattern and the right intensity of the stimulation to result in obtaining orgasm and producing the sample. Making it more difficult is that as the "doctor" you aren't feeling the level of stimulation your "patient" is experiencing. If you play with the dials on the power box as the "patient" is receiving the stimulation it's easy to go from a pleasurable sensation that might be building toward orgasm to a quite painful one that would have the opposite effect. Also, if your "patient" has never experienced e-stim it can be quite intimidating and could result in your "patient" losing his erection.

Clearly this idea needs further testing. I wonder where we could find volunteers...

That's electro-ejaculation (EEJ). Though it also uses electricity, its aim is to just get a semen sample, not to provide a pleasurable sensation during the procedure.

Estim (electro stimulation) IS aimed at providing pleasurable sensations.

This idea definitely needs further evaluation and thought, plus a volunteer

I've been in that ho-hum situation of just another semen sample. If this is a virtual exam I have found that there really isn't much stimulation other than introducing toys/dildo as part of the exam. I have talked with folks who have used e-stima dn they mutually agreed that it is usually not the instrument for what you are asking. i/ agree with the person who suggested edging.

Certainly a vibrator or a vibrating sleeve could be used on the patient's penis to induce the orgasm and ejaculation. This could also be done to delay the "patient's" orgasm by stopping the impending climax by simply ending the stimulation whenever the "doctor" feels a release is imminent, allowing the "patient" to recover a bit, and then resuming the stimulation. Basically edging the" patient" in order to obtain a more intense orgasm and a more copious ejaculation. .Another element, from a "medical"aspect, could be a discussion with the "patient" about the quantity, appearance and quality of his semen once it's collected.

What about if the patient used it before the examination, does it help areas feel more sensitive?

E stim would definitely be a fun component to a play exam. I have never had it done, though would love the opportunity to have it done just to experience it.

There definitely are reasons why it may require additional or more stimulation to produce a sperm sample. I actually think this is something that can be better integrated into a play exam. Medications, aging, and neurosensory conditions can certainly contribute to this. I can also appreciate masturbation for some being not particularly interesting. I think a good play doctor could explore this with their patients and make it into something more than just experiencing an orgasm during the play exam.

So, E stim?

I've used E stim on myself using an anal inserted contact with one pole and the other pole attached to a metal urethral sound. Enjoyed the tickle inside at low settings. As the settings went higher anal contractions began, still stimulating and comfortable but now could also could feel it in my groin. Higher settings and the current could be felt tightening my balls, still felt good. Even higher settings it became a slight stinging feeling with tight testicular, urethral and anal contractions. I decided I should incorporate this in my med-fet play. So I did. Depth of anal dildo and sound made a big difference.

Went with 2 pole vaginal dildo. I asked for feed back as I played with power, wave a repetition settings. The highest settings I went with gave the patient involuntary vaginal and vulva contractions from slow to rapid pace. She seemed to prefer the rapid at a setting where it just began to induce the involuntary contractions. She said she could ride that feeling all night (we didn't have that kind of time). A finger place inside the vulva and vagina, I felt the muscle contractions.

So more experimenting is in order in future play doc visits. Perhaps a sound and dildo and anal dildo. Two or all three?

Any other suggestions would be welcome. Perhaps labia clamps?

I've never been able to achieve a hands-free orgasm just using e-stim. I've gotten pretty close, but never been able to seal the deal without some manual stimulation as well.

But I only have the sticky pads and a rectal probe. I would like to try the silicone loops that go around the penis.

Yes, it is apparently possible, you just have to have a little patience and above all not think about it.

Sometimes, those who were curious to try e-stim found it wasn't to their taste. Too intense even at the lowest setting.

Definitely not for everyone but I have had some very good results with different machines.

Seems to me this conversation is more interested in the mechanics of estim than achieving a sample or making the "patient happy".....

A few years ago I was using a chiropractor to try and fix my back and leg pain.... the office employed a female therapist to provide strong massages.. All legit. I've experimented with estim - bought a box and everything. I have yet to achieve an orgasm using estim directly to my genitals. I enjoyed stimulation to my prostate more.

That being said, the line between stimulating and painful in estim is VERY thin. Even in my introductory play sessions with another person I was in control of the intensity.
