Naked immediately or partially dressed for a while.

In a pretend medical exam (as opposed to the real thing) do you prefer to be partially dressed of totally nude? Myself, I like the excitement and slight embarrassment of having to be totally naked for the examination. No messing about with preliminaries, just get everything off. While the examiner and any assistants watch. I'd love the opportunity to do this but London UK seems very quiet.

Gradual undressing in the lead up to the exam. So medical history clothed, shirt off for blood pressure and stethoscope, then shoes off for height, pants (and maybe underwear) off for weight. If the underwear stayed on for weight it then comes off for the rectal thermometer. If I'm cooperative then I might be allowed to put my underwear back on until the genital and rectal exams; if not, then I have to stay bare for the entire exam. And if I'm not disrobing quickly enough for the nurse's or doctor's liking they step in and do it for me.

I like it to be unpredictable in play exams. Sometimes fully clothed for the history taking and remove clothing gradually as the exam goes on, sometimes strip to my boxers at the start, I've had it where I was in my boxers and had to remove them to get weighed "to get an accurate weight" and then told "you can put your underpants back on, for now", and occasionally totally naked all the way through from the start. I like it where it's down to the mood of my partner how she wants to play it. 😊

I’ve been in various stages of undress for all of my play exams. Most of the time I’m in my underwear but there have been a few exams where I’m stripped naked right from the beginning. Inevitably that results in almost an immediate erection which sticks around for the entirety of the exam.

For a play exam I would prefer to be totally naked from the start. I also wouldn't mind if it happened in a real exam either.

I have been in all three situations at the start of a play exam...in underwear, gradually undressed, or nude from the start. I do like and enjoy all three. Each way sets the mood and tone for each play exam with different vibes, all of which can be very erotic. I really do not have a preference and I think I like it best if the play doc just surprises me.

However, as a play doc, I do know that some of my play patients do indeed have a strong preference as to how they want to be clothed or unclothed during their exams and so in those cases I will go with their personal preferences, even if that means for them to be in a gown, which is not at all my preference. However, there are some with a medical gown fetish and so I will respect their wishes in that preference as well.

I prefer to be nude from the outset and completely through the exam.

As a playdoc, I like my patient to wear white underpants and white socks.

There is something about asking him to take things off that makes it more fun.

I prefer the strip as you go method. I’m just more comfortable with it. Especially if you are meeting the doc for the first time. I just don’t like meeting strangers naked. It’s not a turn on, embarrassing, or humiliating, I’m just extremely uncomfortable in that scenario.

That's another way my partner often likes me in exams. When I take my white boxer briefs off and am standing there in white socks it somehow makes me feel more naked than being naked in a strange way!

It's only personal to me but I agree with the Zity members who are happy being examined either way - undressing gradually or told to get naked at the start. I just like submitting to the play doctor and doing what I'm told with no right to argue.

Other way round in a real exam. Because modern exams involve less undressing, I find myself asking the doctor if it's okay for me to strip and re-assuring them I'm fine with it.

I'm what the yahoo draft groups described as a "cherrystripper", an examinee who's file is marked to take all examinations in full nudity. Apparently it was a control technique or punishment. Of the five or so male pretend examiners I’ve had most had me strip while they stayed in the room. The others allowed underwear to remain in place until the below-the-waist part that was done with me naked. Several female pretend doctors required nudity from the start while a couple offered a gown. Two examiners had me undress completely in one room then took me to another for the exam. That method heightened the embarrassment.

It's all very appealing. What the doctor says is done. And any situation is embarrassing. Personally, I find the most arousing thing is that I'm completely naked under the gown.😎 At some point, every inch will be examined anyway.

So in both real and play exams I prefer stripping to my white briefs, leaving sox on til they ask to check feet. My experience with real doctors has been mixed, in that most ask you to lower your shorts for the testicular and hernia exam, but one just grabbed my stuff and yanked them off. It was actually a bit shocking at the time, and have found out it's not standard practice so maybe he was trying to humiliate me. On the other hand I guess there's an aspect of becoming suddenly vulnBEAPUerable that can be stimulating.

I feel like both methods each have their own erotic nature. If I were to start the exam off completely nude, the erotic aspect would be knowing that everything is fully there for the doctor to see at any point during the exam. If I were to gradually take off clothing or even just have my briefs on until that part of the exam, the erotic aspect would come from knowing that the only piece of clothing left on my body would soon be removed, and my mind would be fixated on that. Both are fine with me!

Most play exams I have had have involved starting fully clothed and being in increasing states of undress as the exam progressed. However, at my most recent play exam with a new doctor I was meeting for the first time, I was required to strip naked immediately on arrival. In that instance, I think needing to strip naked immediately helped me feel more relaxed with my new doctor as it took away the sense of nervous anticipation.

I prefer to keep 'realistic' with a patient either in a gown (with underwear) or simply underwear.

As the examination progresses from from standing and external observation and pulmonary/ cardiac stething the clothing is removed appropriately. Finally underwear removed to allow genital/anal examination.

I a play exam increasing erotic arousal is intentional and increases as the exam proceeds.

Removal of underwear is done by the patient to instruction. However I have two patients who specifically request that they are restrained before their pants are removed (and insist on it) as it fits in with their fantasies. As somewhat of a control freak I must say I enjoy that slow exposure and stimulation.
