This thread to share experiences as patient on sperm collection done with the intent to avoid orgasm.

Unfortunately I have not yet experienced this in a real medical setting but I had many times to cope with this when examinated by my play doctor.

She know exactly how to make me ejaculate almost without a true orgasm.

She does not use her hands or special instruments, she simply places the rubber hose of an old medical air compressor inside my prepuce and keep it in contact with the glans after starting the machine. The vibrations due to the pulsating compressed air are massive and stimulate glans, frenulum and all the prepuce. The feeling is an unbearable tickling sensation that quickly shades in an involuntary spasm with semen expulsion. My penis remains flaccid and she collect the fluid in a sample dish. Everything is too quick and intense to be a true orgasm, having it done while completely restrained is the essence of submission to my play doctor having my genitals at her own disposal for a procedure whic is completely out of my control. She did that several times until I am exhausted.

Do you have similar experiences may be with vibrating devices, prostate milking, electrodes or similar procedures?

I recall reading the following.

1) Nazi doctors tried sterilizing "undesirables" by various methods. In order to see if methods on male were efficient, they needed sperm samples. They would use a wooden tool in the rectum to press on the prostate.

2) Males that have sustained certain nerve injuries cannot ejaculate through orgasm, but can ejaculate by electric stimulation through the rectum wall. A similar method is used for getting sperm from male animals (rams).

The phrase that comes to mind is that you don't know what you haven't experienced until you experience it. I had thought that I had orgasm whenever I ejaculated, until that is I experienced orgasm at the hands of a tantric masseur. A truly mind bending, whole body wave of sensations that lasted for ages. The Prostate contributes only 25-30% of ejaculate, with most coming from the seminal vesicles. So I wonder if those focussing on prostate massage/stimulation are missing the point here? Likewise to establish fertility, the 2-5% from the testicles would need to be present.

This is not true. Stimulating prostate causes release of seminal fluids produced by prostate. While the liquid is not transparent, it does not contain any significant amount of semen.

This works, the electro method. In actual medical setting patient is under sedation, because the singe zap needed to cause ejaculation is pretty painful.

When I was younger, I was having some sexual difficulties. My Dr put me on the table on my knees and elbows and mandated my prostate through my rectum (after a fleets enema of course). This is an interesting topic. I don’t think I’ve ever had a situation like this where I ejaculate but no orgasm. I’ve had times where the orgasm was weak in terms of the amount of pleasure I get from it, but the contractions I associate with ejaculation from my pelvis and penis are all still there.

A couple of times I do remember practicing kegel type pelvic exercises during masturbation. I ended up ejaculating through the stimulation to my penis and the exercises, but initially the ejaculation was more a flow from my urethra because my pelvic muscles were what was pushing it through, rather than shooting. I was subjected to that. A pad electrode was placed about half way between my balls and anus, plastic speculum used to open me up, and then another electrode - a metal ball about 1" in diameter, on insulated stick was inserted through speculum and pressed against my prostate. Then very strong 'zap' lasting maybe 2 sec was delivered. And then, shortly after, another 'zap'. It was very painful and I felt like almost passing out. I did not register or feel ejaculation at all. But I did ejaculate usual load.

But with e-stim you can get so called hands free orgasm. I have never experienced that but saw number of videos and spoke with people getting those. I think none of techniques involve prostate stimulation, just cock. I am sure google will have all details.
