The Diaper positions is pretty embarassing, but in my opinion a little impractical, especially for guys. An interesting position is the lunge position with legs spread (all the naughty bits are put on display, but out of the way of any implements).

I have never been embarrassed in any spanking position I had been in, until my last trip.
