Dear, I know you've been constipated and haven't used the bathroom for 2 or 3 days. You told me how uncomfortable you are feeling and you really need some relief. So please get on the bed, lay on your left side, and I will prepare you for your Dulcolax suppository. I know that many young women like you often suffer from constipation like you are, and eventually desire some relief from the bloating and fullness you feel. Remember, this is surely much easier than going through taking a large soapy enema, such as Dr Wilson recommended for you a few months ago.
I'll raise up your right cheek, and gently rub my lubricated finger around your anus on the outside, to relax the opening. You know you enjoyed that the last time you had this problem. I'll slowly insert the suppository into your anus, and push it as far as I can well up into your rectum.. I've explained that it has to be touching the bowel wall to work quickly and effectively for your relief.
Please be still, and remain in that position for as long as possible, at least 15 to 20 minutes to allow the medicine in the suppository to help give you the urge to evacuate your bowels.
When you first start to feel the urgency to relieve yourself, resist the urge to evacuate immediately, and wait until you cannot possibly wait another minute to use the toilet. Then quickly move to the toilet, and enjoy your long waited for constipation relief.
