Enemas on a Shakti mat

Anyone used a Shakti mat? They are a super relaxing acupressure mat and you bliss out. Anyone tried a slow fill enema on one of these?

Not yet. Just used the mat the first time this week. Think I’ll give it a try my next enema.

Gave it a try on the bathroom floor and that was too hard of a surface. I think the bed is ideal I just don’t have a place to hang a bag.

I've never tried a yoga mat. However, I do use what I call an "Epad". It's an oversize doggy bed. Got it for our dog but wife asked why I bought it. I said it's a replacement when the present one wears out. She bought it ! I put it on the bathroom floor and cover it with a beach towel. It's 6" thick and is very comfortable.

A sleeping pad for camping would work well it’s a matter of digging all that stuff out.

I have discovered a coffee retention time of 15 minutes is perfect for laying on the mat. It is so relaxing you can just focus on your body and all the sensations with retaining a smaller retention enema. Then all the pleasures of the release. Worth a go for sure. I don’t use it for the administration only the retention.
