Have you ever forgotten to wear underwear for a doctor's appointment?

And I don't mean that you intentionally went without underwear or you realized and didn't care - I mean you straight up forgot you were going commando until it was already too late. Did you tell the nurse or doctor of your predicament? Did you still have to get undressed regardless? Were you given a gown or forced to endure the exam completely naked? What was the exam even for?
