Apologize for erection while nude skin screen ?

Hi, first of all I have to tell that I never had an erection while I got examined by a real doctor. Had female and male urologists, chaperones were present, a lot of rectal exams happened to me cause of colon and everything was "fine". But now I need that complete skin screen exam. My dermatologist is a young female doctor in practice to I guess she will also get an assistant to help in the room while exam. Why am I scared? I know it cause I never been fully naked there and my penis is curved so its embarrassing for me. Sorry enough text now ^^ my question to you all is that:

Should I apologize for erection? Make a joke? Be completely calm? Say something about bending in penis? Suddenly start talking about weather? I am very shy so I dont know how to react. Never happened, but when I will be completely naked, thats new and embarrassing for me. What would you do if it happens? Thanks. Or order the nurse to leave the room to be alone with doctor??

I have a full body skin check once a year from my female dermatologist. There is alway a female assistant taking notes. I am always completely naked. I always get fully erect. I have been seeing her for some years now and it's never been a big deal. Once she mentioned that it is a sign of good health to get an erection. Usually nothing is even said by me or the doctor. It's just is no big deal. Typically she has me handle my genitals by holding my testicals up so she can see underneath and from side to side. Once I had mild contact dermatitis of the penis and she did a thorough visual inspection of my penis, which was erect. During that genital exam we talked about my sexual habits and she suggested I use a moisturizing lube when I masturbate. I usually quickly ejaculate right after they leave the room while I am getting dressed. I am careful to not leave a mess. Sexuality, erections and all of that, are normal and healthy reactions.

Why would you decline a total body skin exam? It's painless and takes less than 10 minutes

I wanted to congratulate the person who could successfully ski while nude AND have an erection to boot!

Just had my first adult one last month. I was naked with a paper sheet in my lap, but she did not examine my genitals or my bottom, though she had me lift my legs while sitting on the exam table, so she likely saw some of both areas. I will see her again in 6 months, and I may ask for the intimate areas to be looked at then. Don't sweat the erection, they see them all the time and I doubt very much they will say anything about it. If you do feel compelled to mention it or apologize for it, I'm sure they'll tell you not to worry about it.

Back to the real topic. I didn't get an erection when I had my dermatology exam. As a full time crossdresser of 9 years I've taken hormones, with boob & nipple growth and genital reduction. I had a bad rash. Booked appointment with a dermatologist who had a reputation for being trans friendly. I showed her the rash on arms, neck, pulled up the back of blouse to see the back, and showed rash on legs. After diagnosis and Rx for the rash she offered/strongly recommended a full body scan noting that skin cancers show up many places I couldn't see. I told her I was trans. She assured me she had a number of trans patients. OK. She offered to step out while I undressed. Foolishly I didn't take her up on the offer. As I took off my blouse & skirt she was seeing the breast prostheses in the bra and hip/butt pads I wear for a better figure with clothes. She watched impassively as I removed my lingerie. She had me stand on a little platform. I realized I was NAKED--meaning my feeble attempts at masquerading as a female were exposed! Now my male boned body was obvious. Having a stranger--even a doctor--see the contrast between my feminine breasts male genitals was humiliating to me. I had a feeling of extreme embarrassment, turned red and hot. When she finished looking at my toes, she re-assured my I had no skin cancer, then asked me to tell her assistant which pharmacy I used, and offered a follow up appointment if the medication didn't clear up the rash (it did)

Nope, so long as it was spontaneous and you didn't help it along. Medical professionals deal with all sorts of things and are cool about it but don't drag them into your fantasies.

When I had mine, I said that I was going to do my very best not to say anything stupid. The nurse laughed and said she'd heard it all. It broke the tension. She then said that I had the choice to undress to the level of my comfort but that naked was best. She then said that if "things happen" not to be concerned, the body is just reacting to stimuli.

Given that the room was slightly chilly, nothing happened.

Rebook your exam. A dear friend of mine died of malignant melanoma in her mid-20s. Ten minutes embarrassment is nothing compared to what she went through.

OK I never had erection while urologist or proctologist exams. neither with male nor with female doctor.

But at skin screen exam I am frightened because you dont only show penis, you show all.

so maybe it can move...... cause you cant hide...... but if you all say they know it and it happens often, its ok for me.

I just hope the nurse is not too young or attractive. maybe I ask to do that skin derma exam with only doctor.

read some articles all say nurses and doctors can handle it. I will not make jokes or tell somethig about bananas. only be professionel ^^

I have been semi erect and dripping for all of my skin exams. Not sure they care, I don't apologize, can't help it, the PA and nurse are both young and very cute. Sitting their with only a napkin on my lap for the majority of the exam, even waiting for them to come in, being told to undress is so much stimuli for me. As I have said in other posts this plays 100% into my CFNM fetish.

I suspect you'll actually be surprised by how little your penis reacts, and will wonder afterwards what you were worrying about.

But like everyone has said, it's normal and natural so don't stress and no need to make it into a big thing.

I think if I got properly hard, not just a semi, I might feel more awkward if I didn't acknowledge it at all, making it harder to forget about. If it happened to me, I would probably just say something minor like "oops, sorry about that" and leave it at that.

I completely agree with Sub Boy. I've even asked my doctor to check a couple of spots on my upper body, which only took a few minutes for him to assess, so don't worry about anything untoward happening.

When getting an internal examination recently, although I never experienced an erection, I feel I can talk to my doctor, who is male, about anything. If I found myself getting an erection, I'd say something along the lines of 'sorry about that, I'm not used to having this done to me' or something along those lines. I think that his response would be saying something like, 'don't worry, it's natural and can happen to us all'!

I really would not worry about it . I am sure a doctor has seen plenty and besides just your fear of doing so should be enough not to become erect.

But if you do , I would just ignore it as just a normal thing .
