When the doctor pulls down your underpants

When I was a teen into my early 20's (80's and 90's) a physical exam would usually entail me stripping down to just my underpants, in my case briefs. How did you react when the doctor pulled down your underwear? Once I hit adolescence every time the doctor would grab my waistband while I was lying down on the exam table my head shot up to see what was going on. At this point the doctor would say something like ‘don’t be alarmed ,I'm just checking your plumbing' Or one year when the nurse was in the exam room she said, as the doctor was rolling down the front of my briefs, ‘the doctor has seen more wieners than a hot dog factory’. I think it was more the anticipation of having the last piece of clothing pulled down and my most intimate parts being examined that got me excited. When I hit my 20's I tried to play it cooler by just looking up at the ceiling ,it just seemed weird to watch someone ,other than a girlfriend, manipulating your penis. Oddly when I was naked and being examined completely bare I did not pop my head up when my genitals were being examined
