OK, how about big clunky medical office scales where you have to slide the weights across the bar?

I just got an old DETECTO to kick off my underground fetish dungeon!

As a kid, I always got weighed on the old school scales with the weights across the bars. It was always a thing with getting on the scales stripped down in my undies and them "announcing" my weight and then getting off and standing against the wall for them to pull down the bar against the top of my head for my height. Until a couple if years ago my doc still had the old school scales, which I still think are most accurate, but then the surgery moved and at the new building they just had normal scales. 😢

There definitely weren't any digital scales when I was a boy in the 70s and early 80s. At the pediatrician that I and my brother went to, there were two wings in the building: one for the boys and one for the girls (no, I don't know how they managed brothers and sisters). In the boy's wing, the scales were in the hallway and after we had been taken to the individual exam rooms by the nurse, we were always instructed to remove our clothes except our underwear. We'd have to walk out in the hallway with the nurse like that step on those old-school scales with the slide bar which also had a ruler like thing that they check our height with.

We have one in a rarely-used back room where I work. Every once in a while when I know no one else is in the building, (late evening or weekends) I'll quickly strip down to my underwear and weigh myself.

It's a very emasculating feeling to stand there like that and pretend a nurse is sliding the weight across the bar.

I was 13 and my brother was 5 and we were stripped down to our briefs. My mother and the nurse were the only other two people in the exam room and both were completely clothed. As I got up on the scale the bathroom full length mirror caught my image and I suddenly realized that I was wearing the smallest amount of clothing to barely cover up my genitals, I suddenly felt very shy and submissive ,this along with my gynecomastia made me very self consciousness about baring my chest. I could feel my fruit of the looms touching the height portion of the scale and immediately I realized that the only reason we were not completely naked was because of modesty. After the blood pressure was done and the nurse left my mom, sensing our utter embarrassment ,teased us by saying 'I had no idea you two were going to be doing a strip tease, I'm sure she is going to be taking a peek under those briefs'

I even bought my wife a Detecto because she liked to weigh herself naked and watching her get on that scale, totally nude, was a sight I loved seeing.

The old school scales are definitely a turn on for me. Growing up, the nurse would do the pre-exam procedures after I already stripped to my underwear. This included height and weight as there was a old style scale in each exam room.

I think its a big turn on to have to step up onto one of those old scales with a sliding balance on it, barefoot and naked. The waiting part definitely adds to the experience and the mild embarrassment of having to make sure they get an accurate weight without any clothing on.

Did anyone see you in the hall undressed? I would have found it embarrassing but would also have grown in my pants depending on who had seen me!

We have a Watling penny scale in our bathroom. It works nice and the sound of the penny being dropped is nice.

I know someone who had an old "move the weight" scale. It was fun to check out my weight on too. Though it clunked rather loudly.
