Questions regarding my experience of taking my female school classmate to doctor for real appointment

I had to accompany my female classmate from school today to the doctor.

I have written entire detailed description of today's events in the blog section

I have two questions regarding my thoughts about the exam today

1. My friend was asked to get done an endoscopy of tummy and also anal ultrasound and was still asked to get tummy ultrasound. I didn't question the doctors but does anyone else feel that with tummy endoscopy and anal ultrasound, isn't tummy ultrasound feel redundant?

I maybe absolutely wrong but still I have this curiosity

2. My friend had to see gynec and gastro appointments. She asked me to attend both the appointments and the anal ultrasound sitting behind the curtain. (For the anal ultrasound I was called by the nurse because my friend was getting really anxious)

As a result sitting behind the curtain or outside as a whole, I was getting medfet thoughts for my classmate. I was getting wet too. Despite she not being my partner. She's just a classmate I met in person after years. I have had a medfet fantasy regarding but that's with my girlfriend so that's ok

But is it right for me to have medfet thoughts about my classmate whom I met after decade

I don't see anything wrong in getting aroused around the medfet aspect of accompanying your old school friend to her exams.

Your thoughts are private. In your thoughts and fantasies, you are sovereign and may indulge in whatever manner you see fit. Just be certain not to mistake such thoughts for reality nor as a rehearsal for things to come.

If you can't indulge in your own thoughts, then wow, you are completely controlled by whomever you think can eavesdrop inside your mind. And since that is as of yet impossible, you are only censoring your thoughts yourself. And yet these thoughts originate from yourself.

That seems like an irreconcilable conundrum.

@Patient_Shruti Was it an endoscopy ultrasound or just an endoscope? The abdominal ultrasound would most likely be looking at other organs (or parts) not seen by the other tests. Like the bladder, spleen, kidneys etc.

PS - I’m not a doc - just my opinion.

@Rigel it was only endoscopy, done from mouth.

I asked this question, because I was thinking that, upper part of the tummy was seen through the endoscopy and lower part of the tummy was seen through anal ultrasound then why separate tummy ultrasound was done.

But yes I realise now from your post that I was wrong. It may have been done because some organs were left out by both these tests

I like medfet but not from the doctor angle. That's why I didn't get it maybe

It's a bit what people living here in Europe of the Americas might otherwise call 'Catholic Guilt'. This because those of us brought up in the Catholic and other Christian religions seem to have the idea that God can read our thoughts. He knows what we are thinking and feeling. Or so belief and doctrine go. And this is what children are taught while growing up. God can see into our hearts and minds and therefore know us for our True Selves. Don't even think about doing something wrong. He knows all.

When you think about it, it's a pretty scary notion. Because it means you can never escape Divine Disapproval should you commit transgressions, even in your mind. That is why many Westerners believe that even just thinking about committing a transgression, is (almost) as bad and wicked as actually committing it in the real world.

Mostly this works as a deterrent to committing actual crimes or transgressions that hurt others. It is indeed not a good idea to spend time fantasizing about committing robberies or such. But when it comes to sexual matters, sexual thoughts hurt and impact no one when your thoughts remain nothing but a fantasy inside your mind.

No these two examinations with tummy ultrasound and anal ultrasound examine different areas. To be able to make a more accurate diagnosis in unexplained abdominal or abdominal pain. So it may well happen that both examinations are performed.

In regards to your two questions…

1 The upper endoscope will let the doctors see the inside of her stomach and esophagus. That's apparently where they removed a polyp. The external stomach ultrasound was probably to diagnose her enlarged ovary and pain in that area. That is a common procedure for gyno issues. The rectal ultrasound was probably to diagnose her pain in the anal area. I believe that's where they found a cyst.

2 Is it wrong to have medfet thoughts about your friend that you just reconnected with? Heck no. In fact, after reading your blog, I'm having medfet thoughts about her right now. I have had medfet thoughts with just about every member on this sight, half the people I see in public, and every single one of my friends and coworkers.
