Dream about abdominal exam and anal ultrasound by my girlfriend

I took an afternoon nap and dreamt that my girlfriend gave me a thorough abdominal exam. Lot of deep and superficial palpation and percussion. She finds a problem in my lower abdomen and wanted to check my anal area. I am in my jeans. She removes my jeans and panty. So I am naked tummy down. She places my legs in stirrups and then inserts finger in my rectum. She also did "ultrasound" of my anal area because she feels there maybe a problem in anal area. Ultrasound both in stirrups position and by asking me to turn on my left. I was enjoying the "ultrasound" When I woke up I was really wet down there. I was in very deep sleep... didn't feel like a nap. But like last time I again cried realising it is a dream 😢

That sounds like a great dream. My main fantasies revolve around long, detailed abdominal exams that lead into very thorough rectal exams. Adding a rectal ultrasound isn’t something I often think of but it seems like a great touch.
