Abstaining before exam

I know some people masturbate before the exam to minimize their response to touch. Does anyone abstain to increase their response and embarrassment? My control over getting an erection becomes very tenuous and my prostate is full of extra fluid with a week of abstinence. I had an exam after a really rough week in my life where the last thing I was thinking about was getting off. Just really stressed out trying to figure out where I was going to live next. I went into it carrying a week load. The exam was with a new doc and in the course of the exam, he did a thorough rectal exam while I was in sims with my pants partially down. When he swept my prostate, I got a throbbing hard erection, but it was covered by the front of my pants. There was just no controlling that one because my prostate felt so sensitive. The doc wanted to do an anoscopy and proceeded to open a metal anoscope and warm it up in the sink behind me. While he's doing this, I'm starting to worry, because he has yet to check my penis for a skin issue I'd brought up earlier. He then went on to gradually insert a metal anoscope and I could feel it sliding against my engorged prostate. I initially thought he had reinserted a finger until I could feel the extra dilation towards the end of the scopes taper and a slight pinch once it was in all the way. Afterwards he was done he wanted to check my penis for these minor red spots that I'd noticed(turned out to be autoimmune, not a STI). Enough time had passed between the end of the anoscopy and start of looking at my penis that I was just starting to point down again, but still very full. I was really worried prior to that that he would start the exam with me being fully erect. It's easier to excuse touch causing an erection, but having one prior to is harder to rationalize. He asks me if he can have another doctor have a look at it and I agree. He tells me I can get dressed again and leaves the exam room. I redo my pants and lean my ass against the foot of the exam table, feeling the squish of the extra lubricant. The doc returns with another tall and slender doc dressed in nice formal attire. He asks me some questions before asking if he can take a look. After donning a pair of purple nitrile gloves he sat on a stool in front of me as I undid my pants again. I went from a halfway hard state to rock hard again rapidly. This doctor is touching more aggressively and touching some of the most sensitive parts of my penis like the glans while I'm fully hard and he's asking questions about masturbation. I finally redress and he leaves the room. I've never been so aroused and embarrassed in an exam. I got hard in the first doctors hands and in the second docs hands while the first one watched. I had a wet spot on my boxers and leg hair after that exam. After that I try to go into a situation where I'll get a DRE carrying a week load.
