There are some male strip search and naked interrogation scenes in The Guantanamo Guidebook which was shown on Channel 4 years ago. The subject matter is unpleasant and uncomfortable, as they were simulating the treatment of detainees. But the guys taking part were volunteers with various motivations (such as raising awareness, or arguing that the system was justified), so you can enjoy bits of it knowing both that they've consented, but also that they're not enjoying it (if that floats your boat).

I recall watching some film or series set in some dictatorship (South American, I think) and some captor was explaining his theories about nudity. For him, nakedness in females increases vulnerability, while males may feel some proudness (I suppose this is the case if the male is athletic as in ancien Greek statues).

@GraceT As with some other themes on this forum, we would not want to experience it even if it makes good fantasy fodder.
