"The Unfulfillable Void"

I remember reading a psychological essay about the rising popularity of fisting and other types of anal-play a number of years ago. It mentioned the concept of “The Unfulfillable Void”. Modern society's challenges and our quest for a sense of fulfilment, both physically and emotionally, lead to all these penetrative sexual activities. Having enjoyed enemas my entire adult life an extended enema session does allow me to fill that need. As the therapists always say “How does that make you feel"?
