Novels with medfet theme or gyn character?

I know there are tons of short stories on Amazon with medfet themes, but are there any novels out there with a similar theme? Something more in-depth than 50 pages?

Would also be interested in any novels where the main character is a gynecologist and the book features a few scenes with him or her at work.

I have never found any and believe me, when it comes to books, I am worse than an addict. I think the theme would put an average reader way off.

For instance, in the media over here where I live, reporters and such love to characterize explicit porn/erotica as ‘almost gynecologic in nature', with the connotation that it would disgust normal people. I am certain scenes of a gynecologist at work would be considered very objectionable and inappropriate.
