Enemas are a large part of my BDSM play, enema “torture”, enema interrogation, enemas as a “discipline” tool, alien impregnation play, forced enema holding, being restrained while getting enema' d, foreplay before sex, enemas during sex, enemas as a reward, almost anything that involves me getting a gallon filling.

This is actually the same with me. But only if I’m with the right partner, like my ex-wife or a couple of ex-GFs before her. We were all Switches and trust each other completely, especially in doing D/s roles with each other for enemas mixed with our other kinks. I preferred to be her sub for long, large enema evenings which we made sure were full of intense embarrassment and humiliation (usually for me as her sub), but occasionally she wanted to be sub and I also enjoyed the occasion to be her enema Dom.

From my experience as a sub I can say that enemas are not that very popular.

Many dominants are not interested because of risk of "mess", "smell", "no equipment" and "lack of experience and willing subjects".

Some do incorporate enema occasionally.

And there is a small minority that use enemas frequently, often as a main way to 'punish' and humiliate.

The 'how' should depend on what 'works' for dominant and submissive. Is it about control? Humiliation? Discomfort and pain?

Based on that you can tailor actual play.
