Large & XL DIY Suppository cast

So i have been tinkering for a while with the 3d model i found here:

Loaded into a slicer application and resized it to have 20grams suppositories instead of the intended 1gram…

I used a regular Makebot Replicator XL with PLA to print the cast. Turned out pretty well:

The girl who started me on enemas, we tried some things. We used a double boiler with a jar of glycerine suppositories and then poured them into a glove. She already knew glycerine does not work on me and instead of her pushing a bunch in me (which I liked) she wanted to try one big one. This was years ago experimenting. After filling the glove she hung the glove in the freezer on a rack with a paper clip.

Yeah the trick with the glove i already knew.

What i dont like about that and the carved “soapsticks” is that they dont really look like genuine industrially produced suppositories.

With the 3D printed cast they look pretty real just larger…

There are a variety of “larger” moulds that do resemble a commercially manufactured suppository / anal toy😲 for example :

• Large lead sinker moulds as in fishing weights work well, as does the smaller size Pyrex Glass lab test tubes. Aluminium cigar tubes (if available) & Blood specimen vials with sealing caps are another.

• Soaps can be reduced down to a slurry by boiling in water (after paring down with a potato peeler) add in a calibrated quantity of glycerine & food grade gelatine to re-solidify, stand upright in the fridge till it sets firm & then you're good to go . . . . .not that difficult

• Select (diameter) & cut a length of PVC tubing to the length you want, sand both ends to ensure that they are smooth around both the inner lip edge & outer cut edge so they're Jag free.

Then after washing & wiping dry, wipe the inside with a suitable lubricant followed by unravelling a condom to place inside the pre-lubed barrel . . . Allow the condom to pass right through so that the ‘teat’ end is left exposed by around an inch (25 mm) to an inch & a half, giving a nice smooth slightly bulbous shaped elongated head when finished. On the opposite end roll the condoms remaining rubber ring over the top & down the side . . .Fill with your choice of filler & place in the fridge upright to set. . . To remove from PVC pipe mould simply roll the collar end up & push it through to release.

NB : Where no bulbous head is wanted just retract the condom so that the ‘teat’ is barely visible.

Another Mould making technique can be easily achieved with that simpilest of stuff called Plaster Paris

Done properly by taking your time will deliver (lol) a professional looking product

For what substances are you going to use it? Glycerin?

@DarkWuff Thanks! Theoretically all kind of substances could be used. Since i want them to look and act like real medical suppositories im using solid fat specifically designed for suppository production. Mostly Witepsol® H 15 or Witepsol® W 35.

I know its in german but if you scroll down far enough there is a table. In that table you can see many brand names and their melting points as well as Hydroxil numbers. Its the best article i found so far listing the various solid fats designed for suppository production and their respective properties.

Also to add to this. For those of you that dont have a 3D Printer you could just load the model into a free slicer software (e.g. Cura). In the slicer just symmetrically change the size of the moulds to your liking. Then use one of the various printing services available on the net. Many even offer polishing of the end product. You will receive your cast by mail, then…

You just need to buy some fitting screws and i also use sealing tape on the bottom and edges to stop any potential leaking.

Interesting that Germany still has the silver foil wrappers I remember on Dulcolax from when I was a kid. Now they're white plastic.

Lisa & I used to melt glycerine suppos and mix the result with coconut oil. We poured the mixture (usually 6 suppos per cup of coconut oil) into a condom and hung it in the freezer. The result was fun going in, fun holding, and fun on the way out. We sometimes used bisacodyl suppos, the generic variety, but never more than 4 per cup of oil. Those were fun going in, but much harder to hold, and the BM's just kept coming!

I get around to the local flea markets alot and I keep a watch for either a lead sinker mold or a bullet mold to remelt glycerin suppositories into larger sizes. No luck yet, but one of these fine days I'll find the right one.

Keep an eye out for glass & nylon Lab test tubes also. The glassware products are usually Pyrex & can be warmed over a stove as well as a naked flame . . ie : Gas

I could make some molds in wood and finish them in epoxy. Bullet shaped, butt plug shaped, whatever size you want! 😁

On Amazon, and other places too, you can purchase silicone ice cube trays for making ice cubes for water bottles. The most common are about 3.5"x.75"x.75" approximately. There is one (yes I bought them) that makes ice cubes that are 6"x1"x1" approximately. You get those silicone trays, and carefully melt a bunch of glycerin suppositories (buy a big jar, maybe two) and pour them into the molds. when they cool, you have a big, big glycerin suppository, that can even double as a dildo. They are harder to hold for long compared to just one or two regular adult suppositories, but now you have a really great suppository that will really get you going! And, yea, even better if you have a partner who will administer it to you, pushing it in and out and twisting it…. Let's hear from the ladies regarding this-it's much simpler than baking a cake by far!

Latex gloves are good for casting suppositories, and they come in small, medium & large. You just pour the melted suppositories ( or make your own using coconut oil and essential oils) and hang the glove fingers down to let the suppositories harden. Cut the fingers off, and keep them in the freezer until ready for play. Just peel the latex off and insert! If you are into larger insertions, cast the suppository in a condom. Keep in mind that coconut oil feels like mineral oil, so while retaining these suppos be mindful that yielding to the feeling like you have to fart may be a messy mistake!

Anyone recall the aluminium Henri Wintermans cigar tubes ? . . They were a lot of fun what you could do with those

EASY as to turn them into suppository moulds with very little effort, though I think it preferable to install a liner before pouring your mixture into it

Here's a list of what they are good for :😁

Soapstick mould (ground ginger optional), Suppository mould & as a dual purpose ridgid Dildo - which can be filled with either finely crushed ice or very warm water . . With using water you do have to place a seal or an “O” ring inside the screw threaded cap.

Or simply use it as a means of enhancing rear entry masturbation 😲

Plus it's easy to wash down after use, making them an ideal article & they can be used over & over again !! . . even OTK

@moliere last time I bought the generic 100 count bisacodyl on Amazon they still came in silver foil .

Very nice job. Nowadays suppositories are fading away from the day to day medicine unfortunately.

Adding on another that's suitable as a Soapstick or a suppository cast & that is the mid size Sharpie pen. . .They do serve a multi purpose role but that's another story

• Only requirements are is to remove the felt tip with a pair of pliers. Alternatively you can leave it until the casing is opened

• Wrap both ends of the pen casing with foil to protect its surface against heat while exposing the centre jointline

• Warm jointline with either a heatgun or Gas cigar lighter while constantly rotating. *Avoid overheating so it remains cylindrical . . .this action should weaken the joint, then pull it apart.

• Clean out entire interior with either a Kerosene dipped rag wrapped around a thick kebab stick or Oily nail polish remover

Methylated Spirits works perfectly but care has to be taken as it can begin to create a sticky surface

Wash in warm soapy water, rinse & dry off, then it's good to go
