I have been tinkering with an idea recently that I thought might be of interest here.I have recently been toying with a custom chat server that works as follows.A user (lets call them sub) can log and create a chat room. In that room they can not send messages, only recieve. At the top of the page is a link that they can share. Any message sent is spoken via a computer generate voice only for the sub.Any other user can use that link to connect to their chat room and can send messages.Simple idea but some interesting use cases once you add some headphones for the sub. With an in-ear headphone you in one ear your sub could be anywhere and you could send them messages/orders at any time so long as there is an internet connection. Unlike texting the sub has no choice about when to check their phone, the message is spoken to them as soon as it arrives and without warning. My original idea for this was that you could tie up a sub add a blindfold and headphones and share the link (either privately or publically). But looking at it more I think there is more that could be done. Please let me know if you can think of other ways you could use this or changes/features that may improve it.
