Actually took one last night for constipation, which is not to say I didn't enjoy it, though at first I really didn't want to take it, because I thought I would be uncomfortable.
I was trying to lift weights, and I kept getting intestinal cramps, but I just couldn't go.
Finally I decided there was no way I was going to be able to finish working out if I didn't fix my problem.
I was really reluctant to do this, partly because of my fear of discomfort, but also because I was suppossed to be somewhere in about two hours.
For some reason I decided to try out the four quart open-top bag for the first time, rationalizing that I could just stop the flow when I got a strong enough urge to go.
I didn't think I'd have time for a rinse, so I didn't use soap.
Oh, folks, that new bag was great! The nozzle stayed in place so much easier than the old dimestore screw-on nozzle, and it was longer, and bigger. It felt so good.
Despite being constipated, I took nearly the full four quarts. It was so much more comfortable than the old set-up. The results were amazing, probably because of the extra two quarts of water.
I was wet up front too, by the time I was done, but I didn't have time to do anything about it.
Managed to finish the work-out, get to my appointment on time, without any "mishaps".
I think I'm in love.
