As a patient, finding out after it was all done that someone was watching the whole time then recapping what they saw and noticed. Especially if it was someone I knew that wasn’t even necessarily into it but curiosity got the best of them and they couldn’t look away.

As a viewer, side to side simultaneous gyn exams. Perhaps not even done at the same exact time but being able to watch them split screen and compare the differences in bodies, exam detail, and comfort with the exam/doctor.

A payback or revenge type scenario. You have a friend or acquaintance that somehow is able to view your exam and in fairness has to submit to you viewing their exam.

I find all three scenarios a turn on and hugely arousing! Love the voyeuristic side of medfet. Just knowing the nurses on the other side of the door can hear my exam and know what's happening to me at that moment is hot. Chaperones in the exam are probably the pinnacle of this fetish for me.
