AFAIK, there are now very few, if any, alternatives to the Coloclean. There used to be something similar, the Miracle Enema by the makers of the P*I*E trolley system, but far less expensive. It is now discontinued as fa as I know.

Either of these systems is petty difficult to use w/o a helper, because the water and poo bags have to be taken to the bathroom refilled and emptied respectively after the first or second fill/poo cycle, and if you are solo, the speculum has to be removed to do this.
If you are fortunate enough to have help, putting in a Foley hooked to a bed bag eliminates the need to pee during the session, and it is very likely you'll absorb more than you bladder can comfortably hold during a session. Using a urinal is not an option… The inflated retention balloon in you rectum makes it all but impossible to pee.
With a willing helper and the Foley, you can have a VERY relaxing and cleansing session lasting several hours.
