72 bpm….bottom of ok range for a 75 yo male!
Good evening and Merry Christmas,
I wish you all, Merry and Blessed Christmas. I hope that all of you have received a nice gift.
My heart rate ranged between 58bpm and 114bpm over the Christmas days. As many know, I have multiple heart conditions and have to measure my vital signs several times a day. Even over holidays like Christmas.
Best regards to you and all the best.
It is 87 bpm right now. I checked it with my radial pulse.
82bpm. I put my hand on my mitral valve. Then opened the metronome app on my phone and tapped out the beat
79bpm according to my blood pressure monitor a few minutes ago. :p
In the low 50s by pulse ox. i had a heart attack in 2006 and 5-way bypass surgery and it's been that low since then.
I am a retired EMT so i take it every day and check for skipping beats three years ago i started skipping beats and ended up having stent put in because one of my bypasses had closed to 80% blocked.
80, a bit elevated for me, but I’m stroking it
72 at rest. Then I keep it around 100 on the static bike.
65-75 resting. Before a recent catheter ablation to treat my A-Fib, it was running 48-55bpm while taking Sotalol, a beta blocker.
73…but when going to the MD office it gets 90’s…WHITE FRIGHT..issues
Have to take at end of visit…otherwise they would have me on meds, which I avoid as much as possible.
Never checked while having sex, that mIght be telling 🤪
71 bpm while resting at home, over 90 at the doctors office ….
56 at rest, just a few months shy of 70 years old.
Resting it is 66BPM avoirdupois.
When i now is listening to my heart it is 59 beat per min.
My fitbit said 64 with a resting heart rate of 54.
93, my albuterol kicks it up. First thing in the morning it is usually in the low 70's.
52 at rest
90. That's average
90 bpm at the moment-so kind of fast-but its hot here-and getting a bit turned on reading and watching heart videos!
I played a concert tonight. It was fun yet a bit nerve wracking. My maximum heart rate was 130bpm.
right now…59 bpm
But just wait until I am on my bike 😎
My resting heart rate is relatively consistently 57. Walking heart rate averages 94. My Apple Watch has recorded everything from a resting heart rate of 40 to an active heart rate of 187 over the past couple of years. I do not know if any of this is good, bad, normal or otherwise.
115-120 standing up and around 100 sitting. I've been a tachycardiac ball of nerves lately. (i suffer from anxiety, panic attacks and periods of migraine and depression. Currently i take prescribed medication for the anxiety) I think i have to tell my GP about the tachycardia, but, like many other things, i've been procrastinating for a long time.
