So when I used to see my pediatrician every year when I would lay on the table my doctor would do leg exercises where he picks one up and brings my leg all the way up to me towards him and down. He’d do this to my other leg(which i realized when wearing boxers left me exposed) and he’d ask me to do jumping jacks, hopping on one foot, push ups, squats and this one thing where he would ask me to squeeze his finger as hard as I could. My friends at the time said they never had to do any of that stuff and just had to hop on one foot. Kinda struck me as odd
