Oral Probes

I have become fascinated by the throat. Deep throating someone is one thing, a good thing, but I discovered silicone nozzles and other sites have long probes that can slide way down the throat, with perseverance though some folks do it with ease. From 8" to 18". Usually fairly thin. I choke and gag and yet it feels unlike anything else.

Has anyone had throat exams of this sort included in a physical?
