Quick flush

I enjoy a good enema like most people on this part of the forum but I need recommendation s on a quick flush.. I am into extreme anal. Offer times I only have a borrow window of time for my play. So I don't want to spend an hour preparing. Often times a bowel movement is all the prep I get so things can get a little dirty. But now I am trying depth play and need to clean deeper. Again time is usually short. Is there a good method to quick flush?

Take a bulb, use plain warm water, and make sure you don't get it past the rectum. In other words, just flush out your rectum.

Clean Stream…online from Amazon. I use it every time I shower to stay cleaned out.

I don't do deep play, just plugs in my rectum. For short term plug play a quick flush out of the rectum is usually enough. For extended plug wearing a enema is a must. I am by no means an expert on deep play but while a quick flush of the rectum would be better than nothing, I would think if your going past the rectum more time cleaning out (an enema) would be needed to avoid messy situations.

Suggestion…… take a ‘Magic Bullet’ suppository first. It usually empties me out naturally within 20 minutes….. followed by the Sure Shot. You're ready to play in 45 minutes

If you want ONE round to a complete emptying of the bowel, it DOES work, but it IS a rough enema

I took an enema once that isn't something I would have wanted to repeat at the time, but now, maybe under the right circumstances.

Be careful! You want to do this on an empty stomach ONLY!

If you want a SINGLE enema that can really clean you out with one round This will work but use it SPARINGLY No more than a couple of time a year and make sure you are an experienced enema taker, and are ready to be surprised.

Start the afternoon before ideally right after lunch. Eat LESS for lunch than usual

After lunch drink a 32 bottle of either Powerade or Gatorade.

Rinse the bottle repeatedly till you can no longer smell the original contents.

Then put in 18oz of glycerin. After that's in pour in the contents of ONE Fleet enema or equivalent generic. Fill the Fleet bottle again with 4.5 oz of potable water. Add it to the mix.

Throw way the Fleet bottle.

Put the cap back on the Powerade bottle and shake it up good!

Then let it set overnight

US Room Temperature is fine British room temperature might be on the cold side to get the best mix

The next morning without eating anything in between, Drink some water, while you are prepping the bed or table for a Simms position enema place the bottle in a hot water bath in a sink or dishpan.

Once you are set up, pour the contents of that Powerade bottle into an open-top bag type syringe. Hang it about 3-ft above where your rectum will be when you are in position.

Get in the Simms position, and with the nozzle you are most familiar and comfortable with, take the enema as you would normally take a 2-qt enema. Be ready, it goes fast

You should have 2 clean washcloths ready. One as a bite/twist rag the other to stuff in your rectum if you start to leak on the way to the toilet.

I pride myself on retaining 3-qt Epsom salt and soapsuds enemas 15 minutes

I have done this sort of enema 2 or 3 times in my whole life, I have yet to get past 11 minutes!!

You won't need a second enema THIS gets EVERYTHING out!

Keep a dishpan or empty trashcan within easy reach of the toilet in case it DOES come out both ends at once!! If you fast at least 12 hours ideally more before stating the odds are you won’t but the risk is not zero. It WILL feel like it's going to. If there IS anything in your stomach, it's almost certainly coming out, so be ready

Don't do anything physically strenuous for at least a couple of hours after.

My quick flush, is ½ bottle of a Fleets enema, 2 oz of liquid glycerin, 2 tablespoons of Johnson's Baby Shampoo, cut with enough water to make about 500 cc or one cup US. I have a 250 ml syringe with a piece of plastic tubing on the end, load it up, insert, hit the plunger, and keep repeating until all the liquid is on. Best hold time for this mix is 3 minutes, usually it's 1 to 2.
