I've been taking enema's for 25 years, not regularly but probably 1-2 every few weeks when I get time and opportunity.
Recently I've noticed that when using plain water enema's or maybe even soapy enema's that I no longer get the uncontrollable urge to expel, you know the part where your body takes over and says ‘OUT WITH IT’.
For me that always used to be one of the most enjoyable parts of the experience, the danger and risk of holding on to long, or being forced to hold an enema in a bondage scenario. Now very little seems to happen, I mostly get bored and release it of my own free will.
I made this realisation last year during lockdown when I set out a diaper challenge for myself. I took a two quart enema with a little salt added and quickly diapered myself with plastic pants for protection. I then drove 4 miles out to the country and began a 2 mile work through a popular woodland walk for my daily exercise. The thrill of this was the would I/would I not have to release, would I lose control in the walk? If I did would the diaper hold it etc etc, part fantasy and part horrible reality.
What actually happened was I finished the walk with absolutely no urge to go at all, in fact I then drove home undid the diaper and released it on the toilet like normal. That's about 70-80 minutes, a drive and a walk and nothing? No involuntary push or cramping.
Has anyone else experienced this? I really miss the uncontrollable urge. I know additives can be used, I'm familiar with glycerine etc, but there was a time where water definitely would have the right effect and my body would fight against the invasive water, but not any longer.
