What part of a PLAY exam do you enjoy most?

My favourite part of exam when my doctor/nurse take my sperm sample after DRE or prostate exam. They can use any skill and any instrument to help me release.

I enjoy giving all parts of the exam, but the most enjoyable part for me is the natural power exchange that occurs between the doctor and patient.

I like the whole process of the medical exam. Starting from the arrival going all the way through the undressing and preparation then through to the end. not just the action bit in the middle.

The part of play exam I enjoy most is the genital exam. I am generally still have my briefs on . The doctor palpitates my chest working his way to my stomach area . Just that in direct contact of his finger tips in the waistband of my briefs starts an erection. I am told to lift my hips as he removes my briefs . I only get harder with his hand on my shaft . Then he looks at my testicles . I am told to roll over and parts me legs a bit . Spreading my cheeks finishes with a rectal temperature.

Really love exposing the chest and belly, lowering the briefs/panties to check femoral pulses. Palpation of the belly is my very favourite part, both as the doctor or patient

I look forward to undressing. Thats when the casual conversation stops and things get serious. I like the doctor to watch me while I undress. I have started to slow this part down and make it more of a show. Would love a doctor to assist in undressing even if only taking off my last piece of clothing.

When I’m the patient arriving at her place, I just love that first glimpse of her face when she opens the door.

When I’m the doctor, it’s the look on his face when I calmly, explicitly describe how I will examine him.

When the doctor is stething me and slides the cold stethoscope in my boxers.

Being told to undress to begin with because it really sets the head space and the for whatever reason vitals being taken, especially temperature in any way, especially if the Doctor doesn’t say what the temperature is or what the result is or give any sort of reassurance or indication of things being ok. Just the “hmm” sort of response or “Yes well we will certainly be checking that again later.”

@jblasphemy17 Thank you so much for this link! This video is phenomenal. The patient is so cute, he appears to want to show off and even though we can't see, seeing that he's in his early 20s and having two girls watch him in just his boxers, I'd assume he's at least half hard during this.

That is my experience too. I've only had one play exam so far, but when thinking back it was the undressing in front of the doctor that was the best and most arousing part.

Come to think of it, the same goes for the nude massages I've had. I really like undressing the best in general.

When it's time for an enema and the nozzle is slip in.

My favorite single part is after I've checked blood pressure and pulse I say "we need to get your temperature now and I'm going to do that rectally so I need for you to undo your pants and turn over onto your stomach."

A tough question! I mostly had male play docs, but I don't have a particular preference for gender of play doc. My favorite part of the exam from a physically sexual standpoint is the genital exam. I like it when the doctor asks personal questions as they examine me lying down or standing up. It doesn't take very long for me to develop an erection, which if it doesn't happen the doctor will induce in order to fully assess my genitals. I think the touch aspect is only part of it; the play doc asking questions and the commentary is equally an important part of making the scenario more fun and mentally sexually pleasing to me too.

I love when there is a little bit of pushback for the rectal temperature and you have to insist that it is the most accurate way. I like a patient to ask a lot of questions and have some hesitations.

I like several part of the exam but particularly I love nipples examination/stimulation and a thorough testicles exam.

For me male or female Doctor is the same it's important that the Doctor create a realistic exam scenario and is a very good "actor" in the role play. The psychological aspect is the most important thing in this role play then comes the physical part, if there is a perfect connection between the patient and the Doctor all parts of the examination will be memorable.

The genital exam part. Expecially when she examine my preputial ring and frenulum discussing the need for a circumcision.

Performing a thorough steth exam on a bare chested female patient. Followed by breast and abdomen exams.

When I’m the play doctor I enjoy steth’ing and checking pulses throughout the body and doing a complete skin exam. When I’m the patient I just like a professional play doc that does a very complete exam.

For me, it's having "free reign" over what happens during the exam. By this, I mean there are no restrictions over how an exam can or cannot be done that otherwise exist during a real doctor's visit.

Another thing I would really enjoy is realism. The room or setting looking as realistic as possible (as much like an actual exam room as possible or better yet use a real one), doing all the things that would be done in a real exam (check breathing, height, weight, BP, ears, eyes, mouth, temperature check, etc.) BEFORE getting to the fun stuff, getting my intimate parts checked: belly exam, breast exam, privates checked, etc. and maybe switching roles afterwards.

Real or play, I like having female doctors and if I'm the doctor I prefer female patients.

As a play patient, I love a thorough going over of the pulses all over my body. Even the wording from my female partner gets me going. "I'm just going I listen to the pulse above your tummy button now", "I'm going to listen to the pulse in your groin so I need to lower your boxers". 🙂
