I haven't been able to meet anyone for enemas on FetLife or Zity. There's really not a lot of personal ads in my area and they are usually cis men looking for cis women.

I have been using Alt.com. It IS a PAY site but I have to say I have had very good luck for several years. Granted, I am located in New York City. You have a better chance being located in or by a large city. Good Luck.

In addition to FetLife and zity, here are three options.

• enemaguys..com - this is great site devoted to gay male enemas. It is free, but donations accepted, and well-run.
• spankthishookups.com - this is a free gay male spanking site, but interestingly many of the guys there are into enemas. Some say it on their profile, others not. If you indicate an interest in enemas, guys will reach out to you.
• Recon.com - this is a much ‘heavier’ BDSM site, but guys there into enemas.

Connecting with guys can be very wonky. Some seem interested then veg out. I find my best buddies are those I have connected with and can form a friendship and we have some chemistry together.

Its a common problem in society, even in the bdsm scene there is a large representation of people openly against trans. Always found it wierd, why openly opose transgenders, if you dont like it, simply dont interract, why protest against what someone else has in their pants….

Yes - it is a person whose gender identity matches their sex assigned at birth and whom feel this gender describes them. Also - Cisgender describes gender identity. Straight describes sexual orientation. Being cisgender isn’t the same thing as being straight, but they can overlap: People can be both cisgender and straight.

Over the years I have met a few good enema buddies on this site but as others fave mentioned they are few and far between. If I could add another site to the list www.silverdaddies.com. I have met many guys into enemas on that site just by searching for the term enema. I would also like to say enemaguys and fetlife are very good sites for finding others into enemas.

Would think this would be the premiere site to find an enemate on. A big plus is that it's so easy to get an idea about someone by checking all their posts; perhaps that's also a big negative as well 😄

I've had success meeting people from Fetlife and off of the app Feeld.

Fetlife is a better resource for meeting hardcore fetishists, but those who self-identify as interested in medical fetishists are few. I've had the best luck finding a local medical fetish group, looking through the profiles of those in the group, then respectfully messaging people who look like they're interested in something similar.

When I was single and bored, I made a medical-themed Feeld profile out of curiosity. Most people on there are looking for poly connections/ casual sex, but there are plenty of sexually open-minded people who matched with me and said that the idea of medical play had piqued their interest. The app is more active and less focused than Fet, so you're more likely to make local connections with people who wouldn't otherwise seek out medical play.

I joined a long time ago, posted a while, then moved on. I only recently returned--and rarely does a day go by when a stranger doesn't want to get to know me better. Most are polite enough and may want nothing more than conversation--but that does not mean I want to be findable, not even in general.

Why? I've been stalked once--by a man from an now-defunct enema chat. He put together many little bits of information to find me. What play my kids' high school was putting on. The weather, including depth of snow. A place I hiked. His wife emailed people on his contacts list--not me, but several I knew--saying he'd left home without his medication but with his handgun. He got without about thirty miles, hit a brick wall, and shot himself in a motel room instead of shooting me as he'd planned, because I'd snubbed his advances.
