How do you feel about YOUR OWN Pubic hair?

I love my pubic hair, ever since I had it al lasered away! I’ve never missed it.

I shave my pubic hairs every second day I don't like hair around my balls anymore and my cock.

I was just going into puberty, voice changing, fuzz on my chin, strange new feelings in my penis, and several other things when I went swimming with my cousin who is younger by almost a year. When we changed, he had pubic hair, hair under arms and a bit of chest hair. He had also filled out and looked rather muscular. I looked down at my skinny, hairless body and wondered why he was ahead of me physically and growing body hair. A few months later, I was taking an outdoor shower and in the sunlight, I could see a bit of pubic hair and was thrilled. Then it grew in rapidly, but not rapid enough of course. Later we went swimming again and I had a lot more body hair and facial hair than my cousin did. The fact that mine was black/brown and his was light brown made a difference but I didn't consider that. Then in the wild ‘60s, when long hair and beards were the trend to buck society, I grew a dark beard and my cousin couldn’t. I've had a beard ever since. And now, I keep my pubic hair trimmed to about an inch because it looks neater and my hair and beard are silver while my pubic hair is salt and pepper grey. I tried shaving but I didn't like the stubble and didn't like how it looked. I've always enjoyed it since it grew in and don't plan to ever shave it again.

I feel nothing about it ….. I do not have any. I have had it zapped. Smooth as a baby now!!

My pubic hair started to come in around age 12. At the time I was excited about it thinking, I’m a big girl now. Funny the things we think about when we are young.

Now I get it waxed to keep it bare and smooth. The only thing I’ll say about waxing is that now matter what you read or what you’re told, it is so embarrassing the first time. Like to be told to get in certain positions while the lady literally rips your hair off. And you’ll be a little “red” for a day or two after but then OMG is so smooth.

I started to grow pubic hair at 14. I started shaving it off and still do. I personally don't like having a lot of hair on my body. But on the plus side I'm native so I don't grow much body hair anyway.

Mine have gotten thinner and grey over the years. Used to be an ample dark bush. It doesn't matter much so when I do shave it's not a huge difference.

Meh.

I like to use my beard trimmer to keep the pubic hair around ¼” in length, and chest hair just a bit shorter. Of course it grows continuously so both areas need constant attention. Occasionally a massage therapist might comment on my preference for “grooming“.

@gwhap Thanks for the compliment. I was on medication to slow the gears down and decided not to take them anymore. I run full out all the time. I am happier this way.

I was a gold diver for many years and had to shave from belt line down and coated with A and D ointment or a bad rash would development and put me out of action for days or even a week or more. My wife decided that shaving me was her job. So she kept me clean and smooth for 34 years. {Lay still and if i nick you I'll bust you're butt}

Now that she has passed on and i have lost control of my body from my chest down and have to wear diapers i have to be shaved because if i don't it leek's around my legs and stinks of pee. So i have been shaved for around 50 year's or so now and wish i had been lasered years ago. A friend of my wife's still comes over every week or so and shaves me. That is nice. It's kind of her thing.

I usually trim mine to make them really short but not enough to cause any problems. Plus it usually grows back to full in 2 to 3 weeks if I leave it alone. Also makes cleaning after wearing a diaper much easier and more hygienic.

Not a fan. Trimmed for now since shaving takes too much effort. Laser is the dream.

@agracier I wish I never had any and I find it a shame humans haven't evolved enough to be done with the icky messy-looking, useless stuff. And that goes for all body hair, underarm, male chest and everyone's legs.

I do not have a very large pubic bush, just the usual triangle and I don’t have much of a trail from the navel to the top of the bush. I don’t like a natural bush, so it keep it trimmed to about a one half inch length and shave the hair from the base of my penis. I keep my scrotum shaved. I like my pubic hair pattern and probably would not want to change it. As far as development, I got the first growth of single straight pubic hairs at age 12. The hairs changed to become more coarse and curly in the next year so that by 13 I had a full patch of adult, coarse, curly pubic hair at the base of the penis. By 15, I had developed to about what I have as an adult. I would not exactly say that I was proud of it, but I wanted to look like my peers, so, in that sense, I was glad I had it. I tried shaving it once, at about 15 or 16 and did not like that look or feel, so I left it natural until trimming got popular in the late ‘80s or early ‘90s. Ever since then, I have kept it trimmed the way I do now. I like being able to see the pubic hair distribution but i don’t care for a bushy look.

I remember when I got my pubic hair I was stoked to get it. Now… well it is shaved smooth. Just prefer it that way, feels nice to the touch!

I would be perfectly happy if I was completely hairless below the neck. I've kept my pubic area and butt crack shaved for about the last 35 years. Much better that way.

Personally I shave it smooth, the whole area that my boxer briefs cover. It feels nice that was and I also think it’s cleaner not having pubic hair.

I prefer to have no pubic hair. I think it looks better without hair down there.

As for when I was a teen, I really had no opinion one way or the other about having pubic hair. It didn't make me feel proud or grownup or anything.

It wasn't until I got into my 20s and out of my own that I started preferring to have no pubic hair.

I had the pubic hairs come up and hairs in under arms at around 12 or 13 with strong sense of modesty striking in, it was funny and fascinating at beginning as I could see my body changing slowly. I played and pulled the hairs down there, I was surprised to find hairs from the scrotum.

Leter when it became a bush, had to shave it off as I started feeling uncomfortable and shy of being naked when doctor did genital check up, which was a must at growing stage and if mom is seeing it while the exam is going on, it also peeped out of my undies.

Now, I usually keep it shaved or trimmed.

I began an early puberty during my sixth grade year. Pubic hair and leg hair came first and seemingly very quickly. With the 7th grade came the mandatory gym showers, and I realized how advanced I was in my development over my peers. My pit hair was thick and the treasured happy trail ran from my pubes to my navel. By the 8th grade my stomach was hair covered and my nipples were surrounded by thick dark hairs as well.

To this day, I still sport natural pubes and body hair … and I love both! In my case, the hairier … the better!

I do like neatly trimmed.

When my “maidenhair” first appeared it frightened me a bit, so I shaved it for a few months, then just gave up as it overwhelmed the area with thick hair on the mons, then worked its way down between my balls to my ass. I seldom touched it for years, Then about 10 years ago I decided to shave it again because of skin irritation. That helped a bit but it was a pain to keep shaving, although shaving it was erotic. I now take a cream medicine and spread on the hairy mons. Because so much of the cream was caught in the hair I just clipped it to stubble yesterday to allow a maximum of the cream to lay on the skin for absorption rather than get caught in the hair. I'll see how that works over the next few weeks. My preference for a partner is stubble because the sharp hairs slightly irritate my penis during action, but a close second preference is a full bush - a good indicator I am snogging with an adult. A fully-shaved partner makes me uncomfortable.
