Enemas for weight loss, that really may work!

About 30+ years ago, my 9th grade son was on his HS wrestling team. He came home and asked me to buy him an enema bag and that his coach told him to use it before a match so he would not be too heavy for his weight class. H e really didn't need anything like that since he was always a real good wrestler and even if he moved up in class, he would have won their too.--I was going to the school board and file a complaint about telling kids to do that and also about eating a great lunch right before , and then forcing himself to throw it all up before a match---I never did though

Absolutely weight loss by enemas is fantasy! Even OPTIMAL HEALTH NETWORK promotes enemas as a support tool for some people in achieving weight loss. They tie in a bunch of pseudoscience about gut health etc. ( after all they make a living promoting enemas and enema products) - but it boils down to a motivation or psychological tool. Diet and exercise are the key but one needs to be truly motivated and committed to a realistic program, lifestyle change to lose weight and keep it off. My mother was brought up during the depression. It was criminal in our house to leave anything on your plate - e.g. that would be “wasting” food. I would have to stay at the table until my plate was empty! We often had a years worth of rotting leftovers in our fridge that she refused to throw out. Later in her life, my sister would clean out the fridge when she wasn’t home. Some disgusting stuff got thrown out.

In order to avoid this you should take regularly 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach.

Personally, I've found the best weight loss program for me includes diet AND exercise. Eating properly and going to the gym (and for me, cycling) have helped more than anything else. That’s a fact Jack! 😀. While you burn a lot of calories doing aerobics, you get a longer sustained metabolism burn lifting weights. A combination of all three ( diet, aerobic, and weights) is probably optimal. I get an elevated heart rate lifting as well as doing cardio. “FOR ME” is correct, we’re all different.

Every plant based diet will require a regular bowel cleansing: So, take at least every second day early in the morning on an empty stomach a high volume enema in order to prevent an intestinal blockage, for in the case that you will eat a lot of fruits or vegetables your large intestine will be really filled and you will remark this one occasionally unpleasant, this especially during the night.

I was on the wrestling team in junior & senior high. During wrestling season I was weighing myself daily to stay in my weight class. During this time I was also getting regular enemas from my mom. I did notice a small weight reduction after an enema, especially when I was really plugged up. Of course home bathroom scale was not very consistent, but the balance beam scale at school could detect a difference.

Another effect I also noticed after an enema was a feeling of lightness that gave me the impression that I was more agile. That couldn't be proved but it's said that perception is reality.

As a result I began to request mom give me an enema the night before a match. She was usually willing to oblige and pleased that I stopped resisting 'enema night'.

My brother was on the wrestling team in High School and did likewise, however he didn’t ask mom for a couple of enemas, he ask our sister to give them to him. Because mom, by that time, had long since stopped giving us enemas. So, my brother and I would ask our sister to give us a couple of enemas when needed. And she did, likewise, asking us whenever she needed a couple of enemas. Once the one in need had been taken care of, we reciprocated, giving the one asked a couple of enemas.
