I just received my Squarepeg "Charlie Horse Milk It" as a gift to myself. If you're not familiar with it, it's a medium-sized, lumpy, asymmetrical prostate-rocking butt plug from the Squarepeg company. I got mine in supersoft bronze silicone. It's about 6.5" tall & a little over 2" diameter, slightly more than I can normally insert.
After a good cleanout and prep with well-lubricated other toys & plugs, I begin the insertion of the Milk It. At first it bounces off and bends away, but soon it finds the right way in and I slowly begin insertion. Slowly pressing and removing, it works it way inside until it comes to the widest knot on the plug. With surprisingly little resistance, that also slips inside and the plug nestles in my canal and rests against my prostate. I begin to alternately flex and relax my sphincters and the plugs moves easily inside me, with the lumps on the plug massaging my prostate in wonderful ways I've not experienced before (well, maybe my favorite massage therapist has brought out some of those feelings!)
When time to expel the plug came, things were different from other plugs I've experienced. The transition from the neck of the plug to the widest part is quite steep and the plug seemed reluctant to leave its' new home. Gentle pulling on the safety flange didn't produce much movement either. Only when I angled the neck was I able to comfortably extract the Milk It plug. Because of the asymmetrical shape, the plug is more narrow at some angles than straight out.
I didn't try for long-term wear yet. I've found that my body likes new objects for only short time. I really, really like the Squarepeg Milk It and look forward to its' frequent use.
