Let me start by saying that by reading this, you will think, "This individual is NUTS!"
I injured my back last June putting one of those large cartons used to hang clothing into our SUV's rear. We had about 75 shirts and jackets hung in the basement, many of which had been there for many years. We decided to donate them to our local thrift shop. My back has been sore since then. Last Friday, I did something that bothered the Carpal Tunnel in my right thumb, making my digit and my back both painful Saturday morning.
Saturdays are the days that I do an enema series. This past weekend I decided to take five enemas. I tend to give myself punishment enemas because I enjoy the cramps. My first was a liter of reasonably hot water, including a tablespoon of cayenne pepper. For those interested, when one reads the discussions here at Zity, one will find references to the use of Vick's VapoRub as a lube, many times. Cayenne pepper in the amount that I used stings a little more than the Vickβs VapoRub.
This past Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020, I ended up taking five enemas as follows:
The Cayenne Pepper,
Four tablespoons of Dr. Wood's Peppermint liquid soap in three liters,
Strong Ivory Bar soap in three liters,
Three liters of water with three teaspoons of table salt, and
One liter of strong coffee.
Saturday morning enemas generally include some chatting here on the Zity enema room and sometimes reading a book. I'm usually doing all this between 8 am and Noon. While cleaning up, I noticed that my thumb and back were feeling great, with no pain.
Saturday evening, I glanced at the Kindle edition of Enema Cookbook - 50+ recipes, by Elizabeth Morgan. I looked through the index and found a recipe for Cayenne enemas. In this book, along with the recipes, there is information about what each recipe provides for the user. Under cayenne, it states among all the benefits the following: "Cayenne Enemas relieves and can even numb pain." It is now Monday afternoon, after 4 pm, and I'm still pain-free. After each bowel movement, I will be giving myself an 8 oz bulb of warm water with a 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in it and just let it absorb into my colon till the next day. Maybe this will keep the pain away. I surely hope so. I'll try to remember to add to this in a week to keep anyone interested up to date.
