When I was at university freshman year at the student medical centre. It was totally unexpected. The doctor was in his fifties, handsome, and had rather large fingers. I leaked precum all over the examination couch. Turns out that I had my first bout of prostatitis. I've loved fingers up my ass ever since.

I was at the pediatricians office,I was 4,I remember the doctor giving me an enema first,I was still crying about that when the rectal exam occured,I know everyone in that office heard me,lol and to make my day even worse,mother gave me another enema later that day and even started giving me and my siblings a dre at least every few months.

She saw everything, although not in such detail as the doctor and nurse.

About a year and a half ago at the urologist office. It was so quick I don't know how he could have found a problem if one existed!
