I must admitt that at 17 "x 2" the immediate feeling in the depth is also rather low. Fantastic is the psychological moment and the never-ending sliding out.

Personally I like to start with a smaller thinner toy and work up to a nice fat one!! For me it’s not so much the length of the toy because it can only go in so far. Don’t knock a 1 ½ inch diameter. When I started my butt play a few years ago, it took all I could do to get that size in. Even today, my plug and dildo are still just 1 ½“ wide. They go in nice and easy now…no pain, no strain, no lube, just pure pleasure grinding in/out. I might try going a bit larger (1 ¾” ?) at some point, but it’s certainly not a priority. I am very content with what I have.
